The Building Boldness Project

Is your group ready to build the skills to advocate for better healthcare?

The Building Boldness Project is a 90-minute interactive workshop series designed for groups of Black women who want to learn how to speak up, navigate healthcare systems with confidence, and respond to bias or discrimination when it shows up in the doctor's office.

What your group will experience:

  • Real-world scenarios that teach you how to advocate for yourself in the moment

  • Practical strategies for healthcare navigation, mental health & stress management, and other health topics that matter to you

  • Interactive learning through small group discussions and hands-on practice

  • Expert facilitation grounded in medical expertise and cultural understanding

Whether your book club, church group, sorority, workplace team, or community organization wants to deepen your health knowledge and empower each other—this workshop meets you where you are.

We bring the workshop to you. Sessions can be held at your location or ours, in-person or hybrid.
